    • 1 tsp black peppercorns
    • 4 cloves garlic smashed
    • 5 TBSP rice wine vinegar or any vinegar
    • 5 TBSP water
    • 4 TBSP soy sauce or tamari sauce
    • 4 cups cilantro lime rice and beans for serving, optional
