    • ¼ cup raw walnuts, finely chopped
    • pinch of ground cinnamon
    • pinch of fine sea salt
    • 1 ½ tablespoons grapeseed oil
    • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
    • 1 ¼ cups Bob’s Red Mill Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
    • ¾ cup white whole wheat flour
    • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
    • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
    • 1 cup well mashed banana (from about 3 very ripe bananas)
    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
    • ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    • 1 ¼ cups fresh blueberries tossed with 1 teaspoon flour
