    Breakfast Burritos are a great way to start the day!  Customize it by adding your favorite breakfast meats, cheeses, beans, and vegetables.

    Ingredients

    • 4 flour tortillas, cooked or warmed
    • 8 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 lb chopped ham, sausage, or bacon
    • 1 1/3 cups shredded cheese ((Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, or Mexican blend))
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 2 cups hash browns, tater tots (cooked), or rice
    • 2 cups beans (refried, pinto, or black)
    • 1 cup mushrooms (sautéed)
    • 1 cup zucchini (sautéed)
    • 1 onion (finely diced and sautéed)
    • 2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
    • 1 Bell pepper (diced)
    • 1 avocado (sliced)
    • 1 cup guacamole
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 1 cup fresh tomatoes (diced)
    • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
