    • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
    • 1½ Tbsp sugar
    • 2 tsp kosher salt
    • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
