    • 2 tablespoons whole milk or cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • pinch fine sea salt
    • 1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips

    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 3/4 cup filtered or spring water
