    • 2.25 pounds ground beef (not lean)
    • 1 cup grated onion
    • 1 ½ cups crushed ritz crackers
    • 2 eggs (whisked)
    • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
    • ½ cup ketchup
    • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
    • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    • 1 bouillon cube (crumbled)
    • ¼ cup ketchup
    • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
