    Ingredients

    • 1 medium sized butternut squash
    • Avocado oil
    • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
    • 4 garlic cloves, minced
    • 8 sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves taken off and chopped
    • 8 sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves taken off and chopped (or 1/2 tbsp dried thyme)
    • 2 tsp ground cumin
    • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
    • 1-2 cups vegetable broth
    • 1 can full fat coconut milk
