    Ingredients

    1/2 cup water (coconut water is delicious too)

    1 cup baby spinach, firmly packed

    1 cup kale, roughly chopped and firmly packed

    1 cup green, seedless grapes

    1 bartlett pear with core, stem, and seeds removed

    1 orange, peeled and quartered

    1 banana

    1 kiwi, peeled and quartered

    1 teaspoon flax seeds or chia seeds

    2 cups ice

    Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender in order listed. Process on low for about 1 minute, then increase to high until smooth and well blended.
    Divide between 2 large glasses and enjoy!
