    Ingredients

    1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved (about 2 cups)

    1 frozen banana

    1 cup plain Greek yogurt

    2 teaspoons honey (optional)

    Instructions

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
