    Blackberries, banana, and lime are combined to make a sweet, citrusy, and tangy smoothie that is full of antioxidants!

    Ingredients

    3/4 cup skim milk

    1/4 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt

    3/4 cup frozen or fresh blackberries

    1 frozen banana

    1/2 t. lime zest

    Juice of half of a lime

    1 t. honey

    Instructions

    Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
    Serve immediately in two glasses.
